Come Play With Us!

The Stratford Concert Band is a true community band. Its members consist of professional musicians, high-school students, university graduates, current and retired music educators, and instrumentalists looking for a musical outlet.

The band performs many pieces of various difficulty levels throughout each season.  If you have previous experience playing a woodwind, brass, or percussion instrument and are looking for a fun musical challenge, then perhaps the SCB is for you

Rehearsals are on Wednesday evenings from 7:30-9:45pm from September until the end of June.

Inquiries

We would like to acknowledge that we practice and perform on the traditional territory of the Anishinaabe, Haudenosaunee (Iroquois) and Ojibway/Chippewa peoples.

This territory is governed by two treaties. The first is the Dish With One Spoon Wampum Belt Covenant of 1701, made between the Anishinaabe and the Haudenosaunee Confederacy. The second is the Huron Tract Treaty of 1827, an agreement made by eighteen Anishinaabek Chiefs and the Canada Company.

We are thankful to use this land to build community and celebrate with music.
